I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the guitar that I purchased from your online store. To be honest, I was really excited when the guitar arrived this morning, and I immediately opened the box. I ordered the Gibson Les Paul, but the reality inside the box is an Ibanez. This condition made me totally dissatisfied owing to the fact that I had been waiting for two weeks for this guitar.
Regarding to this condition, I would like to request a full refund due to the product is not appropriate with my order. I thought this is a good deal for me as a customer.
Furthermore, I will make arrangement to replacement of guitar. Then, please send me the video before the guitar is packaged.
I would be grateful if you could address this matter as soon as possible. I hope your team is selective with the customer order, and this situation should be an evaluation time for your management.
