I am writing this letter to inquire about the news I have heard about your intention on going for some festival, and working voluntarily for it. It has build my interest in, ”what kind of atmosphere will be there?”.

Firstly, for sure, you will have to describe me on, what kind of event it is going to be?. Secondly, do share the venue with me, so that I should be familiar about the location.

However, seriously, I don’t know that what kind of tasks they are offering for willing candidates?, and please, you also write me in detail about the duty you are supposed to be seeking.

Finally, I must say: I am eagerly looking to join this event, as I got some fantastic information about this upcoming show. Last but not the least, do check onto the organizers ”SOP’s”, as well as, if they still are opened for new members, if yes, then surely, you should inform me about the process.
