Dear Pat,

I’m writing about your upcoming voluntary working experience at a festival.

I’m curious to know what type of festival you are volunteering at. I know you love music festivals, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it were one of those! When and where are you going? I heard you’re staying in Europe, but I’m unsure which country exactly.

What does this type of work typically involve? I’m guessing you will help with the passes and entries. Does it also involve clean-up work? I heard many people leave their tents behind once the festival is over; collecting them for associations would be a good action.

I’d love to participate as well! I think it would be a valuable and memorable experience. Are the organisers still looking for more volunteers? Is there a specific application process?
