I hope you’re doing well! I just got back from a short but amazing vacation and couldn’t wait to share the experience with you.
I went to Jeju Island, and it was absolutely beautiful. The natural scenery was breathtaking—from the stunning waterfalls and volcanic rock formations to the peaceful beaches. I also had the chance to visit Hallasan Mountain, and though I didn’t make it to the summit, the hike itself was unforgettable.
One of the most memorable parts of the trip was visiting a traditional tea farm. I got to learn about Korean tea-making, and even participated in a tasting session. I also tried horseback riding for the first time, which was both thrilling and a bit nerve-wracking!
This trip really helped me unwind and gave me a fresh perspective on life. Being surrounded by nature made me realize how much I’ve been caught up in the fast pace of city life. I’m now thinking about planning more nature-based trips in the future, and maybe even taking a short retreat to focus on writing—something I’ve always wanted to do.
Let’s catch up soon. I’d love to tell you more and show you some photos!
