Dear sir,

I am John, would like to bring this to your knowledge that I stayed at your hotel last weekend. I have booked room number-24B with reference number A24B2507. First of all, I appreciate your wonderful hosting and services. However, I am now in trouble and also writing because of the fact that I forgot my hand bag in the room where I stayed.

That is a leather bag of brown colour with two pockets in front and three separate compartments.

The last compartment consists project papers of my company for which I was there in your country. I was looking for the project papers all around my home and I couldn’t find them and then I realised that I must have missed documents at the hotel room.

I request you to kindly rummage around the room and inform me. I also request you to courier bag through express delivery. Do let me know your bank details: bank name, account number and branch name.
