Dear Hotel Manager,

My name is Hiral Patel, and I recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel in London over the past weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and was impressed by the quality of service. However, upon my return home, I realized I had accidentally left a bag in my room, and I am reaching out to request your assistance in retrieving it.

The bag is a medium-sized black leather backpack with silver zippers. Inside, I have a few important personal items, including a red notebook, a pair of wireless headphones, and a small toiletry kit. There is also a charger and a few documents in the front pocket, which I urgently need.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could check with your housekeeping staff to see if they have found the bag. If located, please let me know about the available options for having it returned. I would be more than willing to cover any necessary shipping fees.
