Dear sir/madam,

My name is sukhpreet. The purpose of inscribing this missive is to inquire about my bag that i left at your hotel during my last weekend stay.

When i visited your hotel last weekend I think I forgot my bag in room number 12 where I stay. It is black in colour with a canada flag sticker. Moreover it also has a keychain of white colour with the name sukhpreet on upper pocket. It contains my important office documents and a laptop that I need in my meeting that is held on next saturday.

I request you to please check this for me in the room in second cupboard. When you found my bag I request you to send it on my location that you can check in your register. I am very thankful to you.
