Dear Sir/Madam,

I am Alexa and currently living in ABC society. I am writing this letter to express my concern regarding the shopping centre which is going to be built near my home.

A few days back, I came across the news article in ” Daily News”, saying the L&T company is planning to build a shopping mall close to the ABC area. After that I got shocked so, to confirm that, I asked one of my friends who is working as a senior Architect in the organization.

When I saw the plan, I got a little worried as the place where it is going to be build is currently a park which is located in the middle of the residential area. Most of the people living nearby, often go there for an evening walk, play outdoor games, and do yoga. Once this mall is built, residents will no longer have any park near them. Additionally, the residential area will become commercial.

I would request you to please reconsider your decision and if possible construct the mall 20 km away which is a commercial area and suitable for your project.
