Band 4+: You have learned from a news article that a real estate company is going to build a shopping center near your home. However, you think that the shopping center should not be built there. Dear sir/ madam,

I’m a resident of Fraser Street, the purpose of writing this letter to informed you about the article that I learned from news regarding build a shopping centre near my residential area.

One of my friends is a real estate agent in this area. He told me about the plan and reason of building this. Also, the person who decided to make this show his idea about this plan on bigger screen that located outside of our residential place.

There are some downside of building this shopping centre here. This is because it block the entire street, which results buses cars usually delayed during afternoon time that create traffic. However, shopping centre might include number of small shops in it such as make-up, clothes, liquor store, adult store that will not be good for children as in our street people live with their family. Another reason is that construction also creates noise that results disturbance in children studies

I’m requesting to you to clear all the stuff from road so it would be convenient for others to pass. Nevertheless, I’m advising you to do not make any shopping mall near residential area because it creates numerous issues.

I would appreciate if you will accept my request on that mall
