Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to complain regarding the plan of building a shopping mall near residential area.

In today’s newspaper there is an article that provides information regarding the construction of a shopping mall in upcoming months. I also sent a e-mail to the real estate company to get some information on their new project of building a mall near my home.

After confirming the news article I would request that you should focus on this matter, as it has many negative impact on residential area such as increased pollution, more garbage and their will also be a safety issue in the area because of the shopping mall.

I would request you to please send some notices to the real estate company stating the reasons to stop this project of building a shopping complex. Moreover, I would like to meet you in person to explain more about the serious causes of this small project. I hope you understand my concern and take some harsh steps in solving this issue.
