Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to report a loss of a value item on one on your trains.

I got the train from Machu Picchu to Aguascalientes yesterday at 4pm, I am not sure when exactly I took off my ring. This item it is significant not only for the money it cost but also for sentimental value. It is made of rose gold and has a white big stone

I was wondering if the company has a Lost and Found office which I can ask about it, but if not, please I would appreciate it if you could alert the staff who were working at that time to look for my ring. I also hope that it not been kept for a passenger because it would be more challenging to me to find it.
