Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Aisha, and I was a passanger on transit on 23rd May 2026. I am writing with regards to an item I misplaced on the train.

I misplaced my purse on the stated date above, it is made of leather, and brown in colour. Although it is outdated, it is expensive and rare to find. There are several items inside including my I.D card, money, driving license, and other important documents.

I was initially seated close to the window, I was uncomfortable, so I had to change my seat. I believe it was during that process that it got missing. Also, I did not notice it was not with me until I wanted to book a Taxi. It was disappointing that I had to call my friends to lend some money.

If possible, I can send the train ticket details to your email address to help me track it. If found, please notify me using the same address, and I wil come and collect it immediately.
