Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I have lost my bag while travelling on a train owned by your company.

It is a red color bag of standard size, it has some valuable items inside, such as, a Dell laptop, a student ID, a Bose headphone and five hundred dollars in cash.

I boarded the train on the 12th March at 9pm, which goes from Kennedy to Toronto station. I was sitting in the carriage next to where the driver sits and,

I recall drinking water and putting the bottle in the bag at the Pape station and, then placing the bag under my seat. I got off at Kennedy and, forgot to take my bag , but when I realized, it was already too late.

I would request you to please send a notice to the cleaning staff and the driver of the train, to see if they have the bag, or if they know something about it.
