Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform that on my last travel with you I have lost my laptop.

This laptop is a really expensive one. It is a Macbook, is quite small, around 12′ inches and is grey. I have really important information in my laptop and also is my main tool for work so I need to find it and get it back.

Last time I saw it was before going down the train. Maybe I left it on my seat or on the table I was working on, I am not really sure. This happened last Saturday, on 16th of June 2024.

I would be most grateful if you could just let me know if someone have seen it o maybe you have my computer on the departament of lost items. If it is not there, I would like yo know if there is any opportunity to see the camaras just to make sure no one has stole my laptop?

I would appreciate your inmediate attention to this matter.
