Dear sir,

I am writing you to inform that I have recently moved to a new city and have noticed that the public library in the area is not well maintained. I want to complain about the condition of the library to the local council.

I explain the problems are like, bad condition of the books, not proper management, lack of educated staff, neglegence in cleaning and not good condition furniture. overall nothing I found in better conditioin.

This affects the community in ways like they are not working properly. Their performance not according to rules and ragulations and they are not give thier duties to public ads they should.

I would like the council to do about it. They should pay attention on the betterment of library. This will help public to gain knowledge and also community fulfill their obligations and improve the problems who face by the public.

I would be thankful if you pay attention toward the library.
