Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter regard to complain about your college. I am sharun and I study a MCSA at winsys network in Sri Lanka so I need to continue my studies in Australia so I applied for Higher national doploma in computer network at you college. I send a letter about this in the last month and so far, I didn’t get any reply for the letter. I heard about your college very well so I can’t believe this delay for the reply. One of my friend in Australia tall me the college have veru good facilities and therefore many friendly people are there as well as the college have good success rate so I choose to study my course in the college.

I need to apply for visa and its take 3 months therefore i need a reply for my letter quickly and I hope you are get an action about this.
