My name is Bhavik Maisuria and I visited your store on 2nd of April 2025, and placed for a dinning table and a central table. I am writing this letter to complain about you to defective furniture which was delivered by your company.

A eight pieces of wood-glass made dinning table, order number 21 that purchased on 2nd April 2025 was received on yesterday 3rd april 2025. I went away on business that day so my friend, Mr. Dev, who has a key for my appartment accepted the packaged set and signed for it without any question. I opened the packing for myself with great care, I founded that two of glass inserts were badly scraches and one was broken.

I should not take in this stage and want to receive a replacement as soon as possible. In my opinion, the damage seems to be an inadequete packaging. If you have any questions feel free to call me at 9427186712.
