Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to provide a detail about the recent oversea holiday plan through your travel agency . We booked a two day night stay in western park from 5th may to 7th may .We booked the premium but the facilities were from the prmium.

Let me explain the major two menance’s that i faced during the stay there. First and foremost is that the breakfast i ordered was not good in taste as well as i faced health problem after eating the breakfast. The second problem was that the room was not spic and span it was to messy which irriated me a lot during stay .

Could you please look into the problems that i mentioned in the above parargraphs and can you please try to solve it . I am highly disappointed with your agencie’s services and i would be hestiant to take services in the future.
