Dear Jenny,
I trust this letter finds you well.
You may be surprised to learn that I recently relocated from Hai Phong to Hanoi. Unfortunately, due to your absence on a business trip, I was unable to inform you beforehand. The primary reason for my move is my father’s declining health, which prompted my mother to request my presence for assistance.
I am delighted to describe my new abode in Hanoi. I now reside in a fully furnished two-bedroom apartment nestled in the serene locale of Tay Ho district. Although it is not as spacious as my previous home in Hai Phong, the rooftop garden adjacent to the residential building provides an idyllic sanctuary for leisurely moments. Additionally, I opted for this apartment due to its pet-friendly policy, allowing me to bring along my cherished kitten.
Moreover, the neighbourhood is delightful and practical. Situated just a 5-minute stroll from West Lake, the largest lake in Hanoi, and less than a 10-minute walk to the local market, the area offers convenience and natural beauty. Since my relocation, I have established a refreshing daily routine, cycling around the lake and procuring fresh produce from the nearby market before heading to work.
I eagerly anticipate your visit in the near future.
Warm regards,
Van Nguyen
