I would like to bring to your attention the inconvenience I am facing due to the frequent electricity breakdown in my locality. I suggest you to provide the prior notice before the electric shutdown.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service of electric department in our area. I recently shifted to Ram Nagar, which comes under your department. Power supply would be cut for almost 6 hours everyday which causes huge disturbance to our daily chores. As I am a student, I have classes scheduled online every morning that I am unable to attend due to unavailability of internet.

I would like to request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. People can be informed prior about the power cut timings, hence they can plan their work accordingly. Various strategies can be applied to train the people about power saving ways and methods to avoid the shortage of electricity.
