Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a toy I recently purchased from your online shop, order number #45821, which was delivered to me on 12 January 2026.
The item is a remote-controlled racing car, advertised as suitable for children aged 6-10. According to the product description, it was meant to be rechargeable, durable, and capable of moving in all directions using the remote control. Unfortunately, the toy I received does not function as described.
Upon opening the package, I discovered that the car does not respond properly to the remote control. In addition, the battery fails to charge fully, even after several hours of charging as instructed in the manual. As a result, the toy stops working after only a few minutes of use, which makes it completely unsuitable for its intended purpose.
I would appreciate it if you could either arrange a replacement for the faulty toy at no extra cost or provide a full refund, including any delivery charges. Please let me know the steps I should follow to return the defective item.
I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution to this matter.
Yours faithfully,
Lucky Jimoh
