Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to bring to your attention the status of the amenities in the public library that I experienced.

I am a history student; yesterday I visited the public library to collect some historical data for my curriculum. It was really messy; I found that it was not well organized, and also some cover pages were missing. However, when I endeavored to access the computer, it was not working.

As an individual who knows the value of a library, I recommend that you please take the necessary action to improve the library’s amenities. It would be wonderful if you could arrange everything systematically. And also, make sure that at least two Internet systems are available.

There are a lot of students who, like me, wish to utilize these facilities for their curricula. So, I hope that if we make some alterations, it would be very easy for them to utilize. And those attempts will never be a waste of time.
