Dear Colleagues,

I hope everyone is doing well. I am writing to invite you to a local food festival that will take place this Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm in the Lincoln Center.

As you might know, I have been practicing pastry for the last ten years as my favourite pastime because it helps me cheer up my mood and activate my creativity. To honour my hobby, I decided to participate in the local festival where my delights in the form of tarts, meringues, and muffins will be presented. You may not only observe but also try them. If you find them delicious, you are more than welcome to take them home.

In addition to that, you can also participate in making pastries with me on-sight. You just need to bring an apron, a couple of food gloves, and a hairnet in order to follow food hygiene. I will be delighted to share the best recipes and techniques with people I have been working with for the last two decades. If you need further details, feel free to contact me at any time.
