Dear Nihit,
I hope this letter finds you well. I wanted to share some exciting news with you – I have recently started a new job in Toronto and I couldn’t wait to tell you all about it.
After much contemplation, I decided to change jobs primarily because I felt stagnant in my previous role. Doing the same tasks day in and day out was no longer fulfilling, and I was eager to seek new challenges and opportunities for personal and professional growth. With the support of my parents, I took the leap to explore different avenues for my career.
In my new position, I am thrilled to have taken on the role of a Branch Manager at Scotia Bank. The responsibilities are dynamic and engaging, providing me with the chance to utilize my skills and expertise in a fresh environment. Moreover, I am pleased to mention that I received a substantial 35% salary increase compared to my previous job, which is truly motivating.
On a personal note, I am in the process of purchasing a new home in Toronto. However, there are some financial matters that need to be resolved. Working at a bank has its perks, and I am hopeful that these issues will be sorted out soon.
I look forward to catching up with you in person next year. Take care and best regards,
Harsh
