Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing regarding my admission to your college and I would like to inform you that I cannot start my course at this time.

I was recently accepted into the Pre-Engineering course. I am really excited to join this course at your college. Unfortunately, I cannot join the course now due to some family issues and my mother’s poor health. She isn’t well. It’s essential for me to stay at home with her. She is very important to me. Because of this, I will not be able to give my full attention to my studies.

I hope to join the same course at your college in the future. Could you please let me know whether it will be available in the next intake.Thank you for your understanding of my situation. I look forward to your prompt response regarding the availability of future courses.
