Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inform you that I will not be able to commence my course on the scheduled start date.

I am an international student who has been accepted at Pures College of Technology. I applied for the Business General program (course code BU2230), with the Summer intake starting in May 2025.

Unfortunately, I am unable to start the course in May due to an unexpected delay in receiving my passport from the embassy. Although I submitted my documents over a month ago and contacted the immigration office, the issue has not yet been resolved.

Therefore, I would like to inquire about the availability of the same program for a future intake, such as the Fall or Winter semester. This information would help me plan my schedule in advance.
