Dear Sambro Housing Agency,

The purpose of my writing is to inquire about renting a room from your agency, as I have recently enrolled in a six-month computer training program at Sambro Community College, which commences from 13th of January.

To begin with, I am looking for a that ideally has a private bathroom and a small kitchenette, as this would greatly assist me in my daily routine. Additionally, I would prefer a furnished space, with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, since I will need to complete coursework online. It would be wonderful if the location is within walking distance from my college, as it would save my travel time.

Since there is a high volume of applicant, I want to save the room as soon as possible. I would like to rent the room a week before my course starts. For that reason, could you please provide me with the information regarding the cost associated with rental?
