Dear Sambro Housing Agency Manager,

I am writing this letter to rent a place for me.

My name is John Doe, and I recently enrolled in a computer program at Sambro Community College. For the duration of my stay, I am looking for accommodation from 1st January 2025 to 30th June 2025. Although my term start date is 15th January 2025, I prefer to move to the new place from 1st January 2025 as these 15 days will help me to get familiar with the nearby area.

Allow me to explain my preference for the room. Necessary furniture like a bed, study table, chair, and cupboard are required. In addition to that, a room with an attached balcony is my first choice but it is not mandatory.

I would like to ask for the rent or any additional charges that I need to pay. Moreover, please let me know about the process to confirm the rental agreement and the required documents.
