I have been a tenant residing in apartment no.3 for two weeks. I am writing regarding an issue we have faced with the faucet in the washroom.

We have been dealing with this problem since the first day that we moved into the flat. The faucet in the master bedroom’s sink will not stop leaking. Not only does the leaking make the bathroom wet, but also it has a constant sound of the drops.

Given that we have two young children at home, we are concerned that the humidity in the bathroom might lead to having molds which is completely harmful for our kids’ raspatory system. Being a doctor, my husband needs to get sufficient sleep during night to be able to perform serious operations in the morning; however, because of the sound that the leakage makes, he has not had sufficient sleep for a period of two weeks.

I would be glad if you could guide me on requesting a plumber from the building management because although we have already informed the building management about the matter, they have not assigned a handyman to our house to repair it.
