Dear John,

Hope you are in radiant health and best of spirits. I am Amrinder Singh residence of one of your apartments which is located at 39 Bovaird drive, Brampton. I am writing this letter to divert your intention at issues which we are facing every day.

The first and foremost is the leakage on the roof of kitchen, which makes extremely arduous for everyone to walk and last week my grandmother was also fall down due to slippery floor.

Apart from that, there are also numerous electrical and heating ventilation issues. As washing machine and dryer are not working properly and creating immense noise while working. Besides this, the windows of my bedroom are fully sealed because of that we are feeling enormous cold and three weeks ago I also got sick and I had to take leaves from my job.

Please pay heed on it and take some feasible measures to mitigate these problems.
