Dear Mahesh,

I hope you are doing well. I, Ruchit Moradiya, am writing this email to express my concern regarding house problem. I have moved here two weeks ago with my family. The major issue is that gas stove is not working properly. Initially, I hired appliance repair technician in order to solve this problem. He suggested me that it happened because house’s gas line connection has been disconnected from society’s main gas line.

As a result, my family is facing serious inconvenience as my mother is not able to prepare food at house. So, we have to go to hotel for having meals. Additionally, my father’s health is not good, and doctor suggested him to eat homemade food. That’s why eating restaurant’s food frequently may affect my father’s health.

As per gas stove technician suggestion, resolving this problem will require him to work on society’s main gas line. Therefore, we need permission of society’s secretary. It is convenient if you could discuss this matter with the secretary because he is not in my contact.

Your attention in this matter would be highly appreciated.
