Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to inform you about my decision for volunteer work at the next month sports event in our city.

These days, I have much free time and as I really interested in sports events, I would be happy to work as a volunteer in this event.

I can work as a team member in major parts of event such as ticket controlling and helping people to find sitting place before the match. Furthurmore, I can participate in advertisement activities for the event through Email-marketing or other methods.

If is it possible, I would be happy share some details about the volunteer work with me. The information such as, how many days I should work?, are weekends included in a job or not, are there any age limitation? , which documents should I provide?
