I hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits. I am writing to you today with utmost respect and to bring to your attention an important matter that requires immediate consideration and action. On 27th July, I booked a cleaning service from your official website.

On the time when I was booking a cleaning service, I ensured that everything will be included, such as mopping, dusting, cleaning in all apartments, and disinfecting all surfaces. However, your staff came late by 45 minutes. Moreover, they did not clean bathroom tiles, sinks, had dirty stands, and still have dust on windows. They have appeared in rush. That is why they did things like this.

Kindly provide another cleaning service at zero cost and organize a quality-assured team so that it will never happen again. Once again, I express my gratitude for your attention to this matter. I trust that your swift and decisive action will lead to a satisfactory resolution. I look forward to your successful outcome of our collaboration and appreciate your ongoing support in this regard.
