Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to request that you withdraw my application for the tennis course.

As I mentioned in my last letter, tennis is the career path that I chose. Receiving a seat in your academy was a dream moment. Sports is my childhood campaign, and I have many collections of prizes in my gallery.

Unfortunately, fate kicked me out of these platforms. I am eagerly awaiting to fly as of October 30th. Unexpectedly, my father got admitted to a hospital.It seems that his recovery would take much more time than we expected!

I hope that you will have an insight into my situation.It would be very grateful if you could refund the possible amount that I paid in the same way.And I disclosed the hospital case summary along with this message as proof.
