Dear sir/madam,

I am writing this letter in concern that the one important item was forgotten in your restaurant which is my favourite jacket that I used at special occasions in my family or friend groups.

It is a red and black coloured full sleeve jacket with a flower design on it back side. On 15th March it was my friends birthday and we all are decided to celebrate the birthday party in your restaurant because your restaurant is very specious and service is giving by your team is very humble way. we had booked three tables in first floor of your restaurant which is 35, 36 and 37. I was seated near a front big window which is closed to table number 36.

I am requesting to you to get the jacket back to me. If you have already getting it then please notify me on my email which is xyz@gmail.com after receiving your mail I will collect it from your place.

Please help me to solve my problem and also thank you for give a good hospitality in my friends birthday party.
