Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to ask you about the item I left on a train. I was travelling to Bukhara by train. I was on the transport from 11:30 to 13:00, and I was sitting on seat 12c. I suppose that I left my laptop on there, because I do not have any idea if I checked the place where my suitcase and portable computer were at carefully. The laptop was not that big, but it was pretty heavy.It was a brand new Macbook and the color was pink. If you turn on the screen, there will be a picture of a purple car.

How can I contact with the lost and found department? Can you make a phone call to me, if you find the item? Please write back as soon as possible, because It is essential for me. Thank you for sparing your time.
