Dear Mr.Smith,

I am writing this letter regarding broken washing machine that we disscused lately. I currently reside in unit 1012 at apartment D on Rosedale avenue. 3 weeks ago my girl friend and I, we move here and arranged everything with your agent Mrs.Watson.

Unfortunately, the washing machine in our unit does not work properly. The washing machine is not only makes a lots of noise but also it does not dry clothes perfectly. After checking it for few hours I figured out the heating element inside washing machine broken or damaged. That disturbing noise affected my working efficiency. Due to, working a remote job.

I would be appreciate if you can contact supplier or company to send a professional technician to fix the damaged part. I recently asked our naighbors and they told me, all apartment appliences comes with warranty. So, it does not costs anything for you. I have to kindly mention that this major problem affect our life and if its not resolved quickly we may need to make a descision to move to another unit or apartment.
