Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my concerns regarding the neighbors’ behaviour. Please allow me to elaborate.

Recently, I moved to 5500 Beren Avenue Building in unit 102. Although,I found this building well maintained and clean, my main issue is that I am continuously getting noise from neighbor unit till late night, regardless of the day. Which is difficult for my family time and also is giving sense of burden at night; in fact, this behaviour is inappropriate and unpleasant.

I would suggest you to please send a notice to that unit for their behaviour and kindly inform them not to organise late parties on weekdays, as everyone required enough time to recharge their body and take rest. Apart from that, even if, they want to host an event or a party, please suggest them to keep the volume in lower limit.

I hope you will give your prompt attention to this matter at your earliest convenience. I am looking forward to response from you soon.
