Dear Sir / Madam,

I am writing to inform you about an inconvenience I’ve been going through for a few days related to my neighbors. I was wondering if you could help me, before I need to intervene directly.

You certainly remeber me. My name is Gabriel, I live in apartment 33D, and moved in 2 weeks ago. My wife has just got pregnant, thus this is a very sensitive period of our lives. I hope you understand my complain.

Unfortunately, since last week, the 3 roomates who lives in unit 33C, next to my apartment, have been making noise excessively.

I believe this is due to a new sound system they have probably recently purchased, which is extremely lound. Even wearing headphones, I can still hear the noise.

I would kindly ask you to have a conversation with them and suggest that they keep the volume down, especially after working hours, when we need to rest.

I really appreciate the help and please let me know if you think a joint conversation is needed.
