Dear manager of the building,

My name is Rahaf Nasser, a resident of the fourth floor of the building under Your management. I am writing this email to complain about the behaviour of the third floor neighbours.

I work remotely. So, I am home most of the time. The neighbours I am talking about are always hosting loud parties. This is not only disturbing my comfort at home but also my work. Last Thursday, I had a very important meeting with the board of directors, the sound of Dj music made me sound in the middle of a party to the extent that I kept my mic mute through the meeting.

I suggest that the building council demand the house owner to install noise insulation to the walls of the appartment. Moreover, restrict parties to certain days and loud music to certain hours. They have been having parties nonstop! Also, they do not have the decency to think of their next doors. Therefore, your immediate action is much appreciated.
