Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing this letter to you for express my problem with my hostel accommodation. I am facing issues about my roommate who make me uncomfortable and I would change to different room.

My name is Donna Fierrelanda, and I live in fourth building with 17C room number at seventh floor. I have problem especially with current roommate who make me difficult to stay with her. The main issues she is chronic smoker and loud individual which her habits it is so affecting to my studies.

Let me explain the problem that I have been dealing with her for the several times. My roommate always smoker in our room and this is making the room smell bad. Also, she is always listening music without use headphone which disruption me when I would to focus on study and arresting.

Therefore, I would request you to allow me to swich to other room if possible single room so that I could contrate with my studies or reallocated another room with roommate who can respect about private area. I am hoping that you would let me move into another room, before my semester final in October.
