Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter to lodge a complaint regarding your 501 bus that runs on Queen Street, Brampton from Vaughan smart center to Brampton downtown. I am a resident of Brampton that travels from Brampton to Vaughan for work on a regular basis. First of all, there is only one bus that runs on such a busy route and that is one an hour and during dawn most of the buses are out of service due to the bus being full. On last 10 December, Saturday I had my important meeting at workplace, knowing about the bus service I planned my travel 1 hour ahead. I reached the stop at 6:50 am and I waited for my bus for almost 1.5 hours but ended up getting uber. I am very disappointed by the service.
I missed my team meeting and got a warning letter for being late for work. This bus service does not affect only me but a lot of other people as well. I suggest you increase the number of buses that run on this route or introduce new shuttle buses and release an official apology for the time that people lost due to your poor transport facilities.
