I am writing this letter to inform you about the scheduling problems associated with Line 2 of the OC Transpo buses and trains. Delays such as these are regularly happening and they have been affecting working professionals such as me in a negative manner.
I have been experiencing this problem for the past few months, however last week, I missed an important appointment due to a delay on bus 12 and train 2. I left my residence an hour before to account for any unexpected event and despite this, upon reaching the station I was informed that the bus and train had been delayed by a couple of hours. This resulted in an unsatisfied client for my business, and this has adversely affected my chances of securing a major contract with the customer.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could personally investigate these operational inefficiencies and issue a formal apology letter to me to justify my missed appointment.
