I am one of your passengers, and I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration regarding my recent travel experience with your airline. I was scheduled to fly on flight LR00245 from London to Rome on 5TH May. However, due to unforeseen circumstances at the airport, I missed my flight.
After I had arrived at the airport before departure time, the attendant at the check in desk gave me a boarding card for a different trip. Unfortunately, I did not noticed the mistake until I arrived at the wrong gate and it was late.
As a result of the error, I was not allowed to board to my destination, and this caused me a significant inconvenience. Not only did it disrupt my travel plans, but it also charged me extra costs to rebooking another flight.
Since this mistake was caused by one of your employees, I hope that your company will compensate me the additional paid cost.
