Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to discuss a problem that happened to me last Sunday. I booked a ticket for your airline called Air Canada. My flight was on 17/ March/ 2024. Unfortunately, I missed the flight because my city was flooded due to the heavy rainfall. I tried to book a cab or tried some other ways to reach the airport. But I was unable to come on time. I arrived after 1 hour of my flight.

The impact of this flight on me is very deep. The reason is that I was going to attend my brother’s wedding. With the impact of harsh weather, I missed a flight not even that I was unlucky to join the wedding and other functions.

I request you to try to give me a seat for the upcoming flight. Otherwise, please return my ticket price as soon as possible. I also have insurance on my ticket for a refund.
