I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to you to request a money return to the flight that was missed on the 27th of January. Unfortunately, my mother got ill a couple of days before my departure and I had to stay and look after her and make sure that she is recovering well. I tried calling the hotline provided on your website, but it was suggested to contact your company via email in case of emergencies.
Missing the flight, was quite a disappointment for me. I have my own small practice in our town and I was planning to attend a medical conference to expand my knowledge regarding the advancements in pharmaceutical field and newly discovered medicine. Nevertheless, without a doubt, family comes first and I just could not leave my mother when she needed me the most.
It is stated on your website that your guarantee to redeem the money back in certain cases and health issues or other urgent situations are included in it. Therefore I would like the airline to give me a money return, or if it is not possible I would also be satisfied with a ticket exchange for a later date.
