Dear sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform you Regarding my flight on 21th March, which I have missed because of mismanagement at the airport. I would like to rectify this issue and arrange my next flight for 24th March.

I booked my flight with your airline one month ago and scheduled to fly from India to Canada at 9 PM on 21th March. Despite the fact that I arrived at the airport three hours prior to my flight and completed my luggage check, One of the security member approached me and asked me to follow him to the office for interrogation just ten minutes before my flight.

Because of sudden inquest, not only I missed my flight but also an important meeting which I was going to attend next day. I already inform my company about this matter and they asked me to take next flight which is not available until 24th March.

I would like you to investigate about this unexpected investigation and book my new ticket on 24th March without imposing any charges.
