Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are doing well. This is to bring to your kind notice that I have missed to catch the flight which was scheduled 8 hours ago (2nd May, 2024) from Hong Kong to United Kingdom, since I was late to reach the airport. I was supposed to reach for check in by 4 pm however there was heavy traffic in Anderson Road so that I couldn’t reach on time to catch the flight on 8:30 pm. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Actually, I booked for travel owing to an important client meeting at United Kingdom. If I do not reach there by tomorrow, I will be unable to do the presentation in the meeting. While checking the airline website for tickets, there wasn’t any seat available in economy class. Therefore, I request you to check if there is any ticket available from your end to travel for the meeting. Once again I apologize for the inconvenience and the concern expressed at the nick of the time. It would be much helpful if you consider providing ticket for May 4th. I have attached my previous ticket as well as other details in this mail for your reference. Thanks in advance.
