Dear Sir/madam

I hope this letter finds you well and informs about the flight got missed scene on my travel due to the errors from airport.

The connection flight that leads me to Canda got missed on June 5th friday due the errors from airport authority. This sad scenario created by the logistics team and costed me a lot . I was travelling towards Canada from Cochin ,To attend a bussiness meeting and got booked the tickets on Air France. The issued ticket was from Cochin to Vancouver but i need to change the flights from chennai Airport . During the Layover i missed the luggages from from cochin to Chennai flight behalf a mistake from airport authority , that delayed my check in the next flight and missed my connection flight , Then i took another flight to london and then from there i took another flight to Vancouver. That caused me a lot of money and loss of time and i nearly missed my bussiness , This caused me stress and i worried about my bussiness .For this i need a compenation for my lost time and i need full refund for the ticket or i would like to travel in your business class as a complimentary gift for my next travel .I was expecting your reply
