I am writing to inform you regarding missing my flight on 20th of June 2024, at Singapore Airport.
I booked my flight in advance, using the airline’s website. However, when I arrived at the airport, I was informed by the airline management that my name is not included in the passenger list. Despite having a ticket for the flight, I was not able to get in to the flight.
Since I was going to attend a conference on the following day, I had to book another flight at a higher cost.
Apart from that, I had to stay at a hotel until next available flight, which was on the following day. Due to this unfortunate incident, I had to spend additional cost for accommodation and travel.
I would like to request an investigation on the aforementioned incident. Further, I highly appreciate it if you reimburse the additional cost incurred to me, due to the inconvenience. I have attached the additional cost I incurred, for your reference.
